President Rodrigo Duterte delivered his fifth State of the Nation Address on July 27, 2020. This is the first part of his annual speech before a joint session of Congress. Only a limited number of lawmakers attended the SONA in Batasang Pambansa to observe physical distancing and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
