Today I followed my Singaporean mother in law to the wet market and filmed how she chooses her groceries and then cook her Signature Chinese-Hakka dish. She cooks for us everyday and I enjoy all her dishes but I never knew she put this much effort. Washing and soaking all the veggies! And even takes out all the black parts from the small prawns!
