By protecting Fahyrjeon, Vira became a 'weyrshofft'-adopted Stuckmocky, then agreed to 'plafond' - a lifelong spiritual bond. Mirrin revealed to Vira that her disruption of the gladiatorial battle meant he would be publicly humiliated and executed. At Mirrin's family home we discovered his theatrical dreams were dashed when he was sold into slavery by his poverty-stricken parents. While Vira comforted Fahyrjeon through an attack of the shakes, Mirrin argued with his father, Hirrin. As a farewell, Hirrin threw Fahyrjeon's cupcake and Vira's console at Mirrin as he stomped away into the night. Vira and Fahyrjeon decided to head home to the Stuckmocky clan, but found Mirrin along the way, returned from an unsuccessful attempt to join the temple of Luuparsoss.
