WW2 Buffed vs Normal Japan | Double Timelapse (HOI4)

Does buffing Japan make the Axis competent? I've made a double timelapse so we can find out. On the left screen, I've buffed Japan to the max setting in the game. On the right, it will be completely normal vanilla HOI4. The game used the 1936 start date, and the date is approximate but I made sure it synced up correctly with key events and the final capitulations.
