20 Minute Modular Bands Workout / #intermittentfastingchallenge - In this video, Jon uses a set of bands that allows you to do more than the usual elastic band setup. As more and more people are working out from home, it's important to stay up to date on the equipment that we suggest you use to get the best results. For about 35 dollars, you can get this modular band setup where you can interchange multiple bands to get more tension and to be able to safely perform heaver movements with minimal equipment. Jon takes you through a 20 minute upper body pyramid going from 100 reps, to 90, to 80 and all the way down to one. This is a good way to workout if you want to minimise stress on the joints but get great results and be able to keep it interesting. If you do this workout more than once, the next time you do it try to make the bands a little heavier for each of the exercises so that you can introduce progressive overload to your training.
All of the workouts in this playlist that are part of our #intermittentfastingchallenge, will continue to be posted but we will also include some other videos that we hope you will enjoy. If you train in a fasted state, your body will use the remaining glycogen in your liver and your muscles for energy and as you sap those, you will go into a fat burning phase that will improve your results as you follow also with us on this challenge.
If you do this video along side of the other videos in the #intermittentfastingchallenge series you have a modular setup where you can interchange different short workouts to keep you stimulated and do many different body parts or routines in a single session.
