Try out an elite swimmer's circuit workout with Paul Talty

Swim Ireland's associate head of performance services, Paul Talty, is giving you the same workout circuit he has been giving his elite Irish swimmers today! This circuit has four exercises in each block. Each exercise you do for 45 seconds, then you move on to the next in the block after 15 seconds rest. Repeat until you have done all four exercises twice. Then take a break before the next block. There are three! Paul is going to do the workout with you, and has all the timers on screen to keep you on track! #InThisTogether
