In part 36 of our let's play of Final Fantasy VII Remake we start Chapter 18 - Destiny's Crossroads - we're nearly at the end of the original FF7 Midgar section! Cloud on his Hardy Daytona and Tifa and the gang in the classic blue van from the original FF7 make their escape from the Shinra troops along the motorway. Here we have a fantastically reimagined boss fight against Motor Ball. Once that's taken out we're in uncharted waters for the Remake! Don't want to spoil too much in the description, but things start to go full Nomura from here onwards! Whispers, alternate timelines, lots of visions, more boss fights, and lots of suggestions that we can alter the course of fate, and a possible comment from Red XIII that suggests the original ending of Final Fantasy 7 was a bad ending we don't want to get this time...where are they going with this in future episodes?!
