How to install Mods/Custom Maps on Non-Steam BO3 (check description if you dont own steam bo3)

NOTE: For custom maps please create a folder named "usermaps" inside your bo3 folder instead of the "mods" one. Also something to note: You cannot download a mod from the steam workshop of you do not own the steam version.
