Lumpiang sariwa is one of our favorite Filipino party dishes. This is what I always eat if I want to have something light and healthy. I think that this recipe is more than enough to be able to satisfy your cravings because the final product is really good and delicious. Lumpiang sariwa Ingredients: 5-6 Servings Lumpiang Sariwa filling: Carrots Cabbage Sinkamas (Shreded or cut into thin slice) 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 page of bihon Oil for frying 2tbsp. Seaweeds flakes 1 cup garlic (chopped) 2cups pnuts (ground) Lettuce For egg wrapper: 6 eggs 1 1/2 cup cornstarch 3 cups water 1tsp. Salt 2tbsp. Oil For sauce: 3 cups water 4 tbsp.
