Please leave ur valuable comments and feedback about this recipe .If u like the dish plz Share and Subscribe 🙏 U Can contact me here 👇 [email protected] - Mail id https://m.facebook.com/veenascurryworld/ - Facebook https://www.instagram.com/veenascurryworld/ - Instagram Ingredients Jaggery -200gm Water -3/4cup Poha -2cup Grated Coconut -1cup Ghee -2tsp Sesame seeds -2tsp Pottukadala or Chana dal -2tbsp Black raisins -15 Coconut slices -few Dry Ginger Powder -1/4tsp Cardamom Powder -1/4tsp Salt - Method Take 200 gm jaggery and make a syrup by adding water and boiling it. Take a wok add some ghee. When heated up add 2 tbsp of chana dal . fry it well and remove it from fire. Now add the black sesame seeds and fry it. Keep it aside. Fry some coconut chunks. Keep aside. Fry cashe wnut (optional). Fry golden raisins. Keep aside. In the same kadai add the jaggery syrup and heat it. When it becomes 1 string consistency the syrup is ready. Watch 6:39 mins. Add the grated coconut. Stir well. Add the rice flakes. Mix well. Add dry ginger and cardamom powder. Mix well on low flame. When it is completely dried add the fried items( coconut chunks, cashew nuts, golden raisins, black sesame seeds). Add a pinch of salt. Mix well. Take from the heat and mix well. You can store this for weeks. You can store it in the fridge for longer duration. Keep it in the fridge only after the mix is fully cold. Enjoy !!!
