25 MIN Bodyweight HIIT Workout | No Equipment

Get ready to sweat and push your limits with longer HIIT intervals and shorter recoveries. This is a bodyweight only workout, no equipment is needed. You will have 4 circuits and each circuit consists of 3 exercises, done for 45 seconds on with 15 seconds rest in between. We will repeat each circuit twice. Are you ready??
