Where has all the ivory, rhino horns, and tiger bones confiscated by Cambodian authorities gone?

Cambodia is becoming a hub for the traffic of wildlife parts, from African continent to Asian countries like Vietnam and China. Relevant Cambodian authorities report every few months or so on a major bust of trafficked wildlife parts, and eagerly present their findings in public. All good, except that no one knows what happens to all of these wildlife parts, worth millions, after they have been confiscated. Despite calls from international organizations and the US embassy in Phnom Penh, the 'government' refuses to destroy them, with the head of the dictatorship Hun Sen ordering that it be 'exhibited in museums so that Cambodians' know what these wildlife parts 'look like'. Sources from international law enforcement agencies say that it is very possible that these parts are routinely sold back to the very same black market they came from, hence one of our activists presenting a question to the relevant minister, 'His Excellency' Say Somal, Minister for Environment.
