The Thick of It is maybe the greatest comedy about politics ever. So we got star Chris Addison and writer Simon Blackwell together to watch some of the show's greatest moments, and talk about how it was made. Chris and Simon share some great behind-the-scenes stories, including how they got away with all the swearing, what it is like to be berated by Malcolm Tucker, and a run-in Chris had with Jeremy Paxman IRL. Chris and Simon have now re-teamed for the Sky One comedy show Breeders, starring Martin Freeman, and they also talk about how the realities of being a parent inspired the show.
