Neukirch is a district of Furtwangen in the Schwarzwald in the Schwarzwald-Baar Kreis in Baden-Württemberg. It is winter sports resort with cross-country skiing. History It is not known when the village was founded. It was probably founded in the 12th century by the St. Peter monastery in the Black Forest, to which it belonged until 1805. Neukirch was equipped with its own parish 500 years ago. Politically, the municipality was always assigned to the Vogtei Triberg. On July 1, 1971 it was incorporated into Furtwangen.
