IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG Season 6 cancelled by OWN as Tyler Perry moves to BET with new TV shows

Hey, guys! So, Season 5 of If Loving You Is Wrong will premiere on the Oprah Winfrey Network on March 31. Unlike the previous, fourth season, which included only 8 episodes, the upcoming season will have 20 episodes. That was done by the network to allow fans enjoy the final ride. Yes, unfortunately, as was announced in February, the fifth season will be the show’s swan song – If Loving You Is Wrong will not be returning for Season 6. “We are grateful to Tyler Perry and the talented cast for giving us five incredibly entertaining seasons,” OWN President Tina Perry said. “We can’t wait for fans to see the jaw-dropping storylines that are going to unfold this season.” The cancellation of If Loving You Is Wrong leaves only one Tyler Perry series on the OWN schedule, The Haves and the Have Nots. As his long-term partnership with OWN nears its end, Tyler Perry is moving to the BET network, where he already has two new shows, Sistas and The Oval, and two more upcoming shows, Ruthless and Bruh.
