I tried the MURPH Workout, and this is what happened... 'Murph' is a CrossFit WOD (workout of the day). To complete it, you have to do: - A 1 Mile Run - 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats (in any order) - Another 1 Mile Run - For Time - 20lb. vest (optional) Would you try the Murph Challenge?
