Watery Semen – Most of you might have noticed that you will ejaculate watery semen at times. While occasionally is ok, but if you are ejaculating watery semen every time even after a gap of good number of days (to prior ejaculation), there may be some underlying condition that you need to get tested.
1. Low sperm count – Oligozoospermia. This can be due to various reasons that your sexologist will diagnose. Can lead to infertility.
2. Frequent ejaculation – You need to give your body some rest and time to ‘manufacture’ sperms. If you are sexually active or overactive and ejaculate frequently by masturbation or by having sex, you will see watery semen.
3. Zinc – an important metal that is very necessary in making sperms by the body. Lack or deficiency of zinc will also result in low sperm count.
4. PreEjaculation – if you notice carefully, water like fluid leaks out of an erect penis when having sex (vaginal or oral etc), you won’t notice any sperms in it. This is common and not a problem unless the fluids following this watery liquid is also just the same.
