It was a delayed opening but on March 1st Clarence Pier finally opened for the 2020 season. As locals we had to go down to check out and be first to ride the new Canyon River (if you've seen the POV, you'll now see the aftermath!) but also take on some of the other rides. Huge improvements over the past few years 2 new coasters, new for 2020 Leg Flume, Twister, Waltzer, Solent Wheel, Dodgems, Sky Trail and a host of smaller rides the lineup is the best it has been in years. We spent a fantastic day here and recommend it for anyone heading to the South coast.
