What is Kumquat| The Snacking Citrus

Kumquats are the smallest types of citrus and are one of my favorite citruses. It has a very unique combination of flavors, unlike other citrus varieties. They also have a part in the hybridization of a few other citrus varieties. Check out this video to find out what they are, where to find it, how much it costs, and how you can enjoy this bite-sized fruit during citrus season.
