If you think Utah's a great place for gun laws, think again. Probably just like your state, there are concerted efforts to turn Utah "blue." This is due in part to: Lazy gun owners who are not politically active, conservatives who have chosen not to vote, large swath of misled/idiot voters, Leftist out of staters coming to Utah, and influential but brainwashed young people who embrace socialism and seek the destruction of the US Constitution. These Leftists consider you "deplorable" and out of touch with progressivism that promises their never-to-arrive Nirvana. They have elected Democrats who subscribe to their "mission" and they are now making moves to restrict and make it easier to imprison Utah gun owners. Salt Lake proper is extremely liberal and has control of the State's politics. See below for a current summary of these laws. These will change and new ones will be introduced and pushed.
Enter a new political organization to fight back. "Utah Gun Exchange" is a long standing classified-style firearm selling website in Utah. It is widely known, available 24/7, and well run. This will now be used as a Headquarters and Clearing House for pro gun political activity in the State of Utah. Banner ads will announce the next political push against these anti self defense measures. Their website is of course: utahgunexchange.com. If you live in Utah you should check in frequently there for these ongoing, long term coordinated political efforts.
Will this guarantee the failure of these laws? No...just ask Virginia (as stated in the video). But it's the best we can do to preserve our Constitution at this time. It beats the hell out of just sitting around and bitching online and exchanging worthless memes like most gun owners do to make themselves feel better. It may require showing up lots probably at the Utah Capitol during time critical votes and applying more effective political pressure. Please adhere to the professional attire and attendance behavioral requests by UGE that will be listed for each event.
UGE the fastest and most timely way to coordinate Utah pro gun efforts at this time. I advocate every state, as stated in previous videos, have similar organizations that can mobilize 1000s on short notice to fight these gun laws.

2020 Proposed Utah Gun Laws: House Bill 109, which calls for Universal Background checks for firearm purchases; H.B. 115, where gun owners will imprisoned if their guns are used in crimes; H.B. 136, which would make it a criminal offense (more jailing of good gun owners) if a firearm is stored in a place that the gun owner knows that a minor or person legally restricted from possessing a gun has access to it and a person is injured by the minor or restricted person who used it; and H.B. 229, also known as a Red Flag law, which allows a family member or law enforcement to ask a court to restrain a person who may present a danger to others or themselves from possessing any firearms or ammunition for a specified length of time.
