ROSELAWN, Ohio (WKRC) - Cincinnati Police have arrested a man they say shot three people at a Roselawn shopping center. The shootings were caught on surveillance video. Police say Tony Tate shot Arlon Johnson multiple times at the Valley Shopping Center on Reading Road at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night. That surveillance video from the State Liquor store shows Tate standing over Johnson and shooting him, according to court papers. Tate is then accused of shooting another man in the chest. A 13-year-old girl was shot in the back by a stray bullet as she tried to run back into her dance class. Liquor store employees and Johnson both identified Tate as the shooter. Police have not said if they have a motive. Tate's attorney said that his client has a history with the victims and he's had complaints against them. Tate pleaded not guilty. A judge set bond at $525,000.
