LONGEST RUTS IVE EVER RIDDEN | Spaunton Quarry Enduro Race Edge Off-Road

 

We went to a brand new venue called (Spaunton Quarry) this weekend to do an enduro event hosted by Edge Off-Road. With heavy over night rain and the track crew having limited time with the new venue to cut away lines in the wood it become very one lined with some of the longest ruts I've ever ridden! It was a whooping 10KM long lap so with the tough condition i only managed to rack up a total of 5 laps which gave me 6th overall in the Premier class but 11th overall out of everyone. Really struggled to get to grips with this track as it's not what I'm used to! Think I did more paddling than Donald duck.. Massive Ruts, Big Traffic Jams, Deep mud, Big Hills & Lots of Crashes!
