It is a bitterly cold night on the 45th parallel. I had made the 3 hour trek from Lansing to test how well E85 fuel would work in double-digit subzero temps. I arrived at the hotel around 2:30 that morning, and the car was not started until 8:30. It started on E85 without hesitation. I'd previously uploaded a clip of this XL from later in the morning, but this clip features the text forecast for that night. At the time, The Weather Channel was in storm alert for coverage of what they named #WinterStormTitan. This was the last time I ever saw this Weatherstar XL or any legacy STAR unit.
