£40,000 Before & After Victorian House Renovation

All prices, materials used and tips from my week by week blog of my £40,000 full house renovation UK conducted in 2018 across 6 months. The house was purchased by myself and my brother to renovate, improve and sell which we did within 1 year. My latest series - 1100 to 3000 Sq ft house - https://youtu.be/jYrWMxWvGvc My Instagram - https://instagram.com/youtube_reno?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= During this property renovation we - Fully gutted Fully rewired Fully replumbed Installed new boiler (and relocated from bedroom into kitchen) Increased the bathroom size (removed stud wall and installed a new stud wall) Fully plastered and/or lined Fully painted inside and out Installed new kitchen Installed new bathroom Installed flooring Installed carpets Dug up the old garden and replaced with sleepers and 3G turf Renewed some skirting (kept the original where we could) Renewed some coving (kept the original where we could) Revealed fireplace that was bricked up Thank you to everyone who helped me on this journey with advice, tips and asked me lots of questions too.
