Whilst on my Halloween Roadtrip, I visited a number of attractions in between the Halloween events. The first of these visits was to the Avon Valley Railway. Starting from Bitton, just outside of Bristol, we board the train hauled by Hunslet 0-6-0ST WD 132 "Sapper". Commencing our journey we travel north alongside the Bristol and Bath Railway Path, to Oldland Common, where our locomotive runs round. Departing again we return through Bitton to Avon Riverside, along the entire 3 mile length of the preserved railway, where once again our locomotive runs round, ready for our final return to Bitton, concluding our visit to the Avon Valley Railway. Videos from my 2019 Halloween Roadtrip will be uploaded every Wednesday at 1800, hit subscribe to make sure you don't miss any!
