We said 'goodbye' to our traveling O-gauge model train layout that has served us for so long! Why? So that I could do a little 'urban renewal', and rebuild the town to accommodate a NEW and exciting roadway for active Lemans style racing! Moving the buildings allowed for Carrera slot car roadways to be neatly positioned into place. And the result? It's something I like to call 'Active-Motorama'. Now there's road racing through streets of a familiar 'All American' town, while trains take to the rails alongside the roadways. It all works, and you're seeing all the action HERE first in this video. While time stood still in our old model train town, now things are really moving!
