► Having a service dog for veterans, such as those produced through the Top Tier K9 program, is different than having an ESA support dog. Only a dog specially trained to help with PTSD brings relief to people like Bobby Jo. Her dog, Big Red, provides physical protection as well as the emotional and physical support that she needs.
