Sky News Breakfast Show; Sunrise. Interview with Kati (Lepistö) & Henning van der Hoeven Kati had a stroke in January 1995 and is in a state of Locked-In since. Kati is almost completely paralyzed. Kati cannot speak either; she talks with her eyes. Kati is an author, blogger, speaker, and model. She has done a TED Talk, participate in the Miss Wheelchair World 2017. Kati has received various awards. And is the main feature in the documentary; “Eyes can Tell,” (which is on film festival tour, next will be; Fusion International Film Festival north 15-22 February 2020 in London, UK) and; “beauty and the wheelchair,” to be released soon.
