Did you know mixed media collage can actually SAVE an ugly art journal page? I'll be the first to admit - I've got pages in my mixed media art journal that I don't want ANYONE to see because they're THAT bad!! This collage technique is one of my tried and true ways to both eliminate the page I hate, AND give myself a fun new collage background for a NEW mixed media portrait!!
