Today Jack and Max head to the Droid Depot inside Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at the Walt Disney World Resort.
The droid depot gives you the opportunity to build your own astromech assistant droid. You can choose from the classic R units (shaped like R2-D2) or a newer BB unit (shaped like BB-8).
From selecting your droid's parts in any color you wish, to constructing the droid, to waking your droid up through a high tech (😉) activation process, the Droid Depot is a fun, must-do attraction when visiting Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu.
Once active your droid comes to life when it crosses paths with various other droids throughout the land, chirping, spinning and vibrating.
It also comes with a remote control so you can interact with your droid once you return to your home planet.
After a long day building droids, Jack and Max grab a snack at Ronto's Roasters and Kat Saka's famous popped "grain".
