WEIRDEST Things Ever Found in Animals! https://youtu.be/2TH1Xbt8l-c 11 Most Ridiculous Purchases by Floyd "Money" Mayweather! https://youtu.be/gjskIvCrG2Y Here’s what Floyd Mayweather is doing now to make more money! 9 - Investment Properties The most recent house Mayweather bought was a 25 million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills in 2017. His LA home includes a candy shop, a 12-seat movie theater, and a wine collection with over 225 bottles! Then there’s his “Big Boy” mansion in Las Vegas which actually has its own Instagram account! And in case he gets too bored staying in one spot, he’s got ANOTHER $2 million dollar penthouse in Vegas. He’s also got a penthouse in downtown LA, where he’s rumored to give out $8,000 dollar tips to valet staff! Mayweather probably also has numerous other investment properties he owns that just not talked about. His most famous commercial real estate project is with One Vanderbilt in New York City. It’s supposed to be finished by 2020, and will be the third tallest building in New York City. So will his real estate investments pay off?! Simple logic tells us that they’re not exactly making land anymore and the population keeps growing! Do us a quick favor, and hit that like button because it helps! 8 - The Money Team It’s kind of hard to really define exactly what the Money Team does. They’re the people who Mayweather employs to help him run all the things that he’s got going on. But on a marketing level, it’s the name of his apparel company. But like we said, it appears to be more than just that. Mayweather himself said that anyone could be on the money team, and that it’s just a mindset. Even if someone doesn’t have money, as long as they’re trying to make their situation better, they’re on the money team. Longtime Mayweather friend Rod Braswell describes the Money Team as a collection of entrepreneurial minded people who came together for a common goal. Of course, many of them make a boat load of money in the process which helps them out obviously. As far as the clothing brand goes, it wouldn’t surprise us if the money team brand becomes as big as Jordan Brand! And with his record flawless with that zero at the end, it’ll just be that much easier. 7 - Planes, Trains and Automobiles Okay well he hasn’t bought a train yet...but don’t put it past him. Mayweather easily has bought more than 100 Luxury Cars, worth at least tens of millions of dollars. Now cars aren’t typically investments. That’s because almost all cars depreciate over time. But if you buy the right ones at the right time, it CAN make sense. A few do appreciate because they become collector’s items. Mayweather told ESPN that he has a car collection worth over $15 million just in the garages of his Las Vegas homes. And oh yeah, don’t forget his jets. He most recently purchased a custom built G650 that costs 60 million back in 2018 for his birthday. And it’s not even his first jet. Or his second! His other jet is a custom built G3 complete with white leather seats and a gold sink. His first jet is a G4, which he affectionately calls Air Mayweather 1. 6 - Tech Investments Regardless of what you think about Floyd Mayweather, most people tend to think that he’s a pretty vain person. So when he decided to invest in a selfie App back in 2014, well that actually seemed quite fitting. The app was called “Shots” and it’s the brainchild of John Shahidi, the founder and CEO of Shots Studios. Justin Bieber also went in on the investment, who happened to be a close friend of Mayweather at that time. According to Fortune Magazine, things didn’t go as Shahidi expected. Mayweather tried to hand over his million dollar investment with cash in a Louie Bag. That basically sounds just so Mayweather! Mayweather and Shahidi go back a ways, as Mayweather also invested in Shahidi’s gaming company, RockLive. In theory, Shots was supposed to be a social networking app. It’s purpose was to allow people to be themselves and engage with other users without the fear of being cyber bullied. However, the app didn’t seem to get all that much interest and was taken off the App Store. Mayweather has said that he’s interested in future tech opportunities, so we'll just have to wait and see!
