Hand surgery recovery | Physical Therapy Exercises for My Finger

Here it is, my first physical therapy appointment for my hand surgery was 2 days ago. I'm on the road to recovery. The therapist made a splint for my hand and instructed me on the exercises that I need to perform for the next six weeks. This surgery for finger flexor tendons is no joke and neither is the therapy. Sutures / stitches come out on Monday. Looking forward to 6 weeks from now.
