In some of the most egregious cases of abuse of power, police officers in Phoenix, Arkansas and Baltimore have seemingly gone wild and attacked African Americans for little or nothing.
In Phoenix, a 4 year old, without her parents knowledge walked out of a dollar store with a doll prompting cops to draw his weapon on the family and threaten to shoot the mother who was holding a baby.
The Mayor of Phoenix apologized for the cop's behavior, but the officers still have jobs pending an investigation.
In Arkansas and officer clearly wanted to shoot one Black driver and tried to set him up for a police shooting by claiming the driver had a gun.
In Baltimore, a police officer got angry when a bystander criticized him for the way he was detaining another man.
