Step 1: go to your c drive and copy paste this code C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and delete everything in the folder
Step 2: go to your c drive and click view and go to options. GO to change folder to enable hidden folder. Than you need to delete $windows-bt and $windows-ws folder.
Step 3: write services and open that up. click background intelligent and click automatic.
next to to IKEEXT and click automatic and save. Next one is server and click automatic. windows update to manual. Time to automatic. final one is workstation to automatic.
