Part 1 of 3 My First Budget E-Bike. Donner Bike came from the Tip / Recycling Centre, Free of charge. Calipers New £5 from Ebay. Seat Stem Used £3 from Excellent Bike workshop in Exeter. Rack New incomplete sale item £2. Nivea for Men controller bag Free from Boots. Mudguards found on roadside over the years, adapted to repair. Bike mate Bag, Charity shop £1.50. Wheel Kit (Rear Voilamart inc upto 48v controller, twist grip throttle, Brake Levers with motor cutout switch, Bottom Bracket Cadence Sensor, Tube and Tyre, Controller bag) New £110 discounted. Battery Box Bracket etc New Auction deal £4 plus £20. Solder, Nickel plates, wire fixings etc £8. BMS and Temp sensor connectors £8. Battery Cells, 52 Recycled Cells, setup in 13s 5p configuration (13 Series x 3.7v = 48.1 volts, 5 Parallel x 2.3ah = Approx 11-12ah) All used mostly salvaged some purchased in bulk. £30 approx.
