This is our Labor And Delivery Vlog 2019 No Epidural In today's video we show you a behind the scenes look of a natural birth. This a a very real natural labor and delivery vlog and contains some raw and graphic content. I started having contractions the morning of May 3rd and finally went into the hospital around 8 PM that same night. My choice was to always have a natural birth so I wanted to labor at home as much as possible. I was 7cm when I got to the hospital but my water did not break. I finally had my water break naturally shortly after midnight and had my fast labor and delivery with no epidural. I pushed for 3 mins and welcomed my son on May 4th.
