But one day we went out to visit the local Kim Il Sung and Kim Jung Il statues to pay respect. It was on our way when I noticed this traffic officer, regulating the traffic on a totally empty street. I had heard of this phenomenon, but this was the first time I actually got to see it. Interesting enough, this picture is now the cover of the first fiction book written by an anonymous author based in North Korea. It’s called accusation and the works were smuggled from North Korea to the South, written in book containing the writings and speeches of the North Korean Leaders.
