Tight Hamstrings can be a symptom of many conditions - however - it is an extremely common symptom when living with Multiple Sclerosis. This stretch requires no equipment - just follow along with Jeff, perform this 2-3 times a week and measure your progress! Overtime, you'll gain more range of motion in your legs and experience less tightness throughout your hamstrings.
