Daily goals should be simple, but will make a big difference over time. Here are mine ... 🛏 - Make the bed 💪🏻 - Exercise (Increase each week by minutes, reps or intensity) ☘️ - Daily Greens 👗 - OOTD - Outfit of the day 🌸 - Gratitude Writing (Write about the things you are grateful for) ✨- Tidy up before bed 💩 - Remove Inflammatory Foods (Every other week, remove one thing from your diet that isn't benefiting you in reaching your goals. Dairy, Sugar, Alcohol, Meat, Gluten, Caffeine). You can remove these all at once, but a more gentile approach with help avoid detox symptoms, and will also help your body to develop new lasting habits. 💊 - Remember to take your vitamin B-12 spray and D3 in the winter Lets do this together ❤︎ ✦ Good luck workout buddies.
