She’s known for memorable roles on shows like Prison Break and Friday Night Lights, but now she gets her biggest role yet, as she stars in the Epix series Get Shorty as Amara De Escalones, the Latina Godmother of a Nevada crime ring. Her character can be girlish and flirtatious, or furious and vengeful.
