Milk Drink With Black Sago Recipe
Ingredients
MELON DRINK
1 big can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
¾ cup condensed milk
1 pack (25g) melon powdered juice
3 cups cold water
STRAWBERRY DRINK
1 big can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
¾ cup condensed milk
1 tbsp strawberry powdered juice
3 cups cold water
UBE DRINK
1 big can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 ½ tsp ube flavoring (you can use ube powder if available)
A few drops of violet food color
3 cups of cold water
BLACK SAGO
2 cups black sago (tapioca pearl)
8 cups water
Procedure
1. Put 8 cups of water in a pot. Let it boil. Add black sago(tapioca pearl). Cover and cook over medium heat for 40-50 minutes or until the sago is clear. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 30 minutes so the black sago will be chewier. Drain water and rinse over cold or tap water. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
2. STRAWBERRY DRINK. In a deep bowl or pitcher mix together evaporated milk, condensed milk, strawberry powdered juice and cold water. Set aside.
3. MELON DRINK. Mix together in a bowl or pitcher evaporated milk, condensed milk, melon powdered juice and cold water. Set aside.
4. UBE DRINK. Mix together evaporated milk, condensed milk, ube flavoring, violet food color and cold water. Set aside.
5. Put black sago (tapioca pearl) in each cup. Then pour any of the flavored drink in each cup. Put drinking straw and its ready to be served.
