How to Fix PS4 Controller Not Turning On (Ribbon Cable and Charging Solution)

In this video, I show you how to fix Playstation 4 (PS4) controller from not turning on. The quick summary is to check if the ribbon cable to the LED is connected to the motherboard. Also make sure the battery is fully charged. I know this probably won't solve everyone's problem, but it is a start.
