Header heat baffle - 76 MGB

My Distributor is a little close to my Header, Maybe some kind of heat baffle would help after wrapping the pipe?. This is an MGB 1976 chassis, with a 98 Nissan 240sx engine and gear box. . She needs a lot of TLC, and recently has been having issues with the ICM burning out after a long drive. Last week I wrapped the headers in place (you should remove them from the vehicle to wrap them). I should have recorded that process....
