This is Dowco Triumph Street's March, Strathspey and Reel at the Friday Grade One heats at the 2018 World Pipe Band Championships on 17th and 18th August 2018. The march at the start of the video is: The Triumph [Gary Stephenson] The MSR tunes are: March: The Highland Wedding [Donald Cameron (c. 1810 - 1868)] Strathspey: Atholl Cummers (traditional) Reel: Mrs MacPherson of Inveran [George S McLennan (1883 - 1929)] The band is led by Pipe Major David Hilder and Drum Sergeant Gary Corkin. This performance earned the band third place in the heat and a place in the Saturday finals. Sadly, it would appear that this band has now ceased operations, a shock and disappointment to many. Triumph Street has been a Grade One band since 2007 and has had many performance and recording achievements since then. This was a beautiful band to watch and listen to and it will be sorely missed.
