Air Force Technical Sergeant John A. Chapman, Combat Controller, was awarded the Medal of Honor for "conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of life above and beyond the call of duty." President Trump will presented the award to his widow, Valerie Nessel, during a White House Ceremony.
