上海第一豪宅 Shanghai No.1 Mansion

 

1935年，商人吳同文請建築師鄔達克，在上海為自己打造了一棟四層高的豪宅，建築面積達到1732㎡，在當時被譽為全遠東最大最豪華的住宅之一。是上海首個引入電梯的私人住宅，古董電梯至今仍能工作。因為建築和圍牆大量使用了綠色釉面磚，它又被稱呼 ——“綠房子”。 In 1935, businessman Wu Tongwen invited architect Hudec to build a four-storey mansion for him in Shanghai. Covering an area of 1732 square meters, it was known as the biggest and most luxurious mansion in the Far East. It is the first private residence in Shanghai to introduce elevators, and the antique elevators still work today. As the building and the walls are covered with green glazed tiles, it is also called – the “green house”.
