Two children are feared dead, following a heavy downpour in areas of Tana north sub county, while transport was interrupted for over six hours, after flash floods split a road at Bilbil. This as over 80 passengers escaped death by a whisker, when the bus they were traveling in, and a van, were swept away by heavy floods at Kawalase, in Turkana county, last night. Transport between Kenya and South Sudan, was also paralyzed for more than 24 hours as two rivers burst their banks.
