Kung Fu is more than a martial art. It is a way of life. Nam Yang’s Shaolin Kung Fu Retreat is a place of inspiration and empowerment for both men and women. Located in the remote mountains of Northern Thailand close to the resort town of Pai, it is a unique place where people come to work on themselves through kung fu, qigong and meditation. Through Kung Fu we conquer our personal demons and become the person who we have always aspired to be.
