This is one of the best features of the Instant pot: its ability to cook beans (without presoaking) in under an hour. I hate when I feel like making beans, but I don't want to wait 12 hours to pre-soak them. The Instant Pot makes that unnecessary. This is a good first basic lesson for the Instant Pot -- a simple "Manual" cooking and a "no release"
