Adding OPL to Free MC Boot / FMCB menu PS2

- Updating fmcb to the latest version using the installer and then - Adding OPL Homebrew to the mc and to the Free MC Boot Memory Card. If you don't want to add a homebrew to the menu but still use it you can open it through uLaunchelf every time.
